TextareaLegacy deprecated LEGACY

This version of the component is deprecated and will be removed in the next major version. Use new version of Textarea instead!

A simple field and expandable

It has a fixed size and content scroll by default. But there is also an expandable mode with height increase from content inside

You can set a custom min-height for component

You can use label outside mode with tuiLabel

To highlight extra characters:

use maxLength input
(Optional) Don't forget to set form validator (for example, Validators.maxLength ) if you want to make field invalid on exceeding the characters limit

If you need to set some attributes or listen to events on native textarea , you can put it inside with Textfield directive as shown below
